Kim Tharp & Charles Kinard took place at Houston's First Baptist Church Saturday July 22, 2006.

The atmosphere was elegant and warm as the string quartet set the stage. Kim's dad John escorted her through an isle of colored petals to meet Charles.

The ceremony itself was a thing of beauty and quite touching, as Kim and Charles read aloud the vows they themselves had authored.

Afterwards the guests all joined the couple for their reception filed with music & dancing. Friends and family laughed and played as they were treated to a bountiful dinner buffet.

With live doves, chocolate fountains and even an Aggie serenade, the reception was a celebration that seemed to have it all. And those cakes! Kendra outdid herself with nothing shy of delicious masterpieces!

It was truly a magical evening to be cherished forever.
